Yeah, Dave is gonna be there together with I think 19 other artists. I will sing Kissed You Twice and Elizabethan Balladeer with the Last Bandits (Nikki's band) backing me.

I have also been asked to play guitar for the whole sets of Dave Kusworth and his band, Al DeLoner and Einar Stenseng... think I'll end up playing 13 songs, but that's at least less than the 23 I played on the memorial gig I organized in Oslo LOL

I'll make an own thread about this tomorrow with more info incase someone wants to come.

I'll ask Dave for an interview and he'll probably say yes, but I still can't promise anything. The guy is never on the internet himself. It's Dave Twist (His band's drummer) having the myspace site and most of the time I get hold of him through his girlfriend..... but yes, I will ask and if I'm allowed to give you her mail adress I will and maybe he'll answer your questions.... who knows:-)

Sounds cool to me! I was wondering if it was Kus that did the My Space stuff. I had doubted it. Hell, it took him a loooonggggg time before he even let anybody do an "official" website for him. I remember seaching for years for one, and never finding one. Does he even have a house, apartment, anything? I just always figured he lived life out of a suitcase and slept wherever he could find a spot.

D., yes it is simple black and white. It seems that if I hand over a .pdf file it can't be in order of pages, but rather that I need to call the back page 1, front cover 2, inside front cover 3, inside back cover is page 4...blah, blah, blah...

Chris, I'll have a PayPal set-up, but I'll let you know when to send on through and what names to use. Don't worry though, I'll make sure everybody who wants one gets one.

I believe DAve has his own appartement in Birmingham, but most of the time he's at his girlfriend's place, so it is possible to get hold of him for an interview. Can't promise anything, but will ask:-)

<font size="4" face="Arial">Yeah, might run into that with a few people, which is why he might not be the cover boy for the next issue. Edan had a band back in the early 90's named...well...Edan. For my money it was the best pure RnR album released during that period. But it was towards the end of the Glam period, so it was criminally overlooked.
Yes, he is the son of Don Everly of the Everly Brothers.
Yes, his sister is Erin Everly, who was married to Axl Rose and is the girl in all of the GnR videos.
There will be no questions concerning Erin or too much on his dad. I told him I wouldn't ask those questions, and he replied "good, I won't answer them".
He has new material coming out soon. He's really good. You can find a link to his My Space page on my main page. The songs on that page are a bit more mellow than the old band was, so I am really curious to hear what direction he does end up in.

<font size="4" face="Arial">I was told by everybody I spoke to, and by the print shop themselves, that bringing the job in .pdf is ultimately much, much, much cheaper than any other file format. Plus it will be much easier for me to just re-plot the pages individually into a .pdf and then re-assemble them into Acrobat in their "print desired" numerical order, rather than put all the sheets together and run prints off and then bring in the hardcopy versiosn. I'll have two .pdf files in the end, one for print, and one to send to people in the future.

Every print shop has their own way of doing things,
I suppose. Hopefully the zine will be so successful,
that they'll eventually give you a printing discount. [img]wink.gif[/img]
